Documentation is sent back to the service provider within seconds of the technician completing the job on the tablet (signal dependent). It provides signatures and pictures as well as a summary of the work that was carried out.
All job cards will display your uploaded company logo, are time-stamped, give a summary of the work completed with a diagram of vehicle configuration and any photos that were taken on site.
When completing any service work or attending a breakdown, upon completion the job card will be sent back almost immediately. All breakdown/service job cards are signed, time stamped, include the vehicle ID and registration and provide a breakdown of key data for each vehicle, including what work has been carried out, goods supplied, the axle configuration of the vehicle and photos can be added for extra ‘proof’.
The breakdown summary form is auto generated, captures all call handling data associated with the breakdown available from the call centre or depot, whether direct or through a third party and is produced and transmitted at the same time as the e-jobsheet jobcard. It will note who made the call, the time the call was made, the identification of the fleet customer, the vehicle specifics, who handled the call, the details of the breakdown, the policy relating to the vehicle on contract and the time/date stamp the breakdown job landed on the app and was accepted by the technician.
